Over more than a decade, I had the opportunity to work across a wide range of organisations, projects and stakeholder environments. Those experiences shaped not only the way I approach advisory and assurance work today, but also my vision for what BARNS should become. That vision became reality when I founded BARNS in 2026.
While BARNS is currently founder-led, the ambition extends beyond a single individual — creating a firm known for trusted advice, technical excellence and long-term relationships, while providing an environment where talented people can grow, contribute and take ownership.
